For the purpose of establishing modern law applications in both of the countries, evaluations have been made, seminars and symposiums have been held the outputs of which have been reported and aggregated as a book.
Project Finding:
Within the scope of this project, legislations, jurisprudences and relevant issues will be collected; seminars and symposiums will be held in both countries; field studies will be carried out in order to identify the problems in practice; two reports will be prepared every year; and finally all the findings and suggestions will be published in a book in English and Turkish.
