About the Project:
The project's general objectives are determined as innovation in white goods production processes; developing production technologies for existing processes, developing material technologies for existing processes, and developing data-driven predictions and optimization models. They are setting up the production processes in the pilot applications to be determined from factories in the Vestel Beyaz Eşya establishment for digital transformation together with the developing materials and production technologies, the development of virtual twins with the data obtained as a result of digital transformation and the development of digital data-based forecasting and optimization models in parallel with live processes. Together with the models to be developed and sub-projects to be carried out, the wear performance of mold elements in metal forming techniques and related predictive maintenance studies in metal forming techniques at Vestel Beyaz Eşya factories, the application of new generation materials, and determination of material behavior, applications of advanced manufacturing techniques and simulation studies as the Mechanical Engineering science fields, alongside with the Industrial Engineering science fields such as strategic capacity planning, operational and tactical production planning, detailed scheduling, workforce/shift planning studies will be designed.
