About the Project:
In order to render the rule of law available at national and international levels and ensure equality of access for all in the field of peace and justice, the legislations of leading countries are searched and the scientific publications related to concrete legal issues; legal regulations, judicial decisions and the regulations of supranational institutions (e.g. EU, Council of Europe) are translated into Turkish and published. Primarily, the project concerns not only the field of peace and justice, but also the areas of health, environment, traffic and terror depending on the selected theme of the relevant year. Within this scope, one or two books are published every year, contributing to the correction of mistakes in trial practices and the elimination of legal deficiencies and issues.
Project Finding:
Within this scope, one or two books are published every year, contributing to the correction of mistakes in trial practices and the elimination of legal deficiencies and mistakes. Recent comparative legal sources are translated from many different languages into Turkish for the information of legal experts. This year, the 18th volume has been published.
