About the Project:
In order to render the rule of law available at national and international level and ensure equality of access for all in the field of peace and justice, prominent legal experts from four countries where continental European law is practiced (Germany – Japan – Poland – Turkey) have engaged in an exchange of updated information, problems have been diagnosed and solutions have been put forward. In this context, the laws of different countries could be analyzed comparatively, and the results of these activities, suggested ideas and debates are published in a book.
Project Finding:
Within the context of this project, prominent legal experts come together every year in Germany, Turkey, Poland or Japan to discuss current issues and all their presentations are published in a book in German for the information of legal experts in these four countries. Since a comparative law study is carried out by pointing out the most recent problems in these gatherings, as well as the establishment of the rule of law and justice in the trial practices of the relevant countries, suggestions on contemporary solutions to problems are submitted to the law-maker.
