About the Project:
This project aims to determine the optimum cost levels and the values that can be taken as reference by means of carrying out cost analyses for different energy performance levels in different building typologies by taking into account the building energy performance requirements and legal obligations at the national level and to establish a guiding framework for achieving the highest level of energy efficiency at the lowest cost in the renewal of existing buildings and in the construction of new buildings by taking into consideration the CO2 emissions and reimbursement durations.
Project Finding:
This is an ongoing project. It is foreseen that, once the project is complete, a framework that will lead the society to reach the nearly zero energy and cost-optimal level at the same time by taking into account the CO2 emissions and reimbursement durations in the design and renewal of buildings will have been produced.
Goal:
SDG 7, SDG 12
Target:
SKH 7.3, SKH 7.a, SKH 12.2
